Talented bassist, singer, and songwriter, Ida Nielsen has made her mark in the music world as the bassist alongside Prince from 2010 to 2015. Her exceptional collaboration with the "Purple Rain" icon has left a significant imprint within the NPG and 3rdEyeGirl formations. Since Prince's passing in 2016, Ida has brilliantly continued her solo career.

Ranked among the top 10 bassists globally, Ida Nielsen showcases extraordinary talent and makes an outstanding contribution to music. Her music transcends boundaries, offering a captivating blend of funk, old-school hip-hop, and global musical influences. In June 2023, Ida unveiled her explosive sixth album under the German label Leopard Records. "More Sauce, Please!" is a musical feast where funk meets old-school hip-hop, sprinkled with influences from around the world.
